Invoice Generator provides tools to help you create, preview and download invoices. It is provided "as is," free of charge, without any account requirement for its core features.

You are responsible for reviewing every invoice you create for accuracy — including amounts, tax calculations, business and client details — before sending it or relying on it. Always double-check totals before sending an invoice to a client.

Invoice Generator is a document creation tool, not a source of accounting, legal or tax advice. Tax requirements (including VAT) vary by jurisdiction, business type and transaction. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet the requirements that apply to you — consult an accountant or the relevant tax authority if you're unsure.

Features described as "VAT-ready" or supporting a tax/VAT ID field mean the tool provides relevant input fields and calculations — not a guarantee that a given invoice satisfies any specific tax authority's requirements.

Optional locally-saved business details are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time. We aren't responsible for data loss due to clearing your browser storage, using a different browser or device, or private/incognito browsing.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly as optional paid features are introduced.
