Taskmoro provides free business tools, calculators, guides and other resources, including an Invoice Generator for creating, previewing and downloading invoices. The site is provided "as is," as a convenience, free of charge, without any account requirement for its core features.

Taskmoro's calculators and guides are informational aids. Review the Disclaimer before relying on a result for a legal, employment, tax, payroll, or financial decision.

You may use this site for lawful business and personal purposes, including generating invoices for your own use or on behalf of a business you represent. You're responsible for the content you enter and for how you use the documents this site helps you create.

The Invoice Generator is a document creation tool, and Taskmoro's calculators and guides provide general information; none of them is a source of accounting, legal or tax advice. Tax requirements (including VAT) vary by jurisdiction, business type and transaction. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices meet the requirements that apply to you — consult an accountant or the relevant tax authority if you're unsure.

Features described as "VAT-ready" or supporting a tax/VAT ID field mean the tool provides relevant input fields and calculations — not a guarantee that a given invoice satisfies any specific jurisdiction's or tax authority's requirements. Requirements differ by country and can change; always confirm current requirements independently before relying on a generated document for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

The site's design, code, branding and guide content belong to their respective owners and are provided for your use through the site, not for reuse, resale or redistribution outside it. Any invoice, PDF, or other document you generate using your own entered data is yours to use as you see fit.

You may not use this site to create fraudulent, deceptive or illegal documents, to misrepresent a business or transaction, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, or to scrape, republish, or resell the site's tools or content as your own.

Your in-progress invoice and any optional locally-saved business details are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time. We aren't responsible for data loss due to clearing your browser storage, using a different browser or device, or private/incognito browsing.

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and features may be added, changed or removed over time.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or tax/compliance penalties — arising from your use of this site or any document you create with it. You use the tool, and rely on any document it produces, at your own risk.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly as new tools, guides, or optional paid features are introduced. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
