What this tool does
Paste any text and switch it between UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case and Sentence case. It is handy for fixing text typed with Caps Lock on, tidying headings, or making product names and invoice line items consistent.
How to use it
- Type or paste your text into the box.
- Choose the case you want.
- Copy the result, or use it as the new input to convert again.
How each case works
- UPPERCASE capitalises every letter: “monthly report” becomes “MONTHLY REPORT”.
- lowercase removes all capitals: “Monthly REPORT” becomes “monthly report”.
- Title Case capitalises the main words and keeps short words such as “a”, “and”, “of” and “the” lowercase unless they start or end the title: “how to write an invoice” becomes “How to Write an Invoice”.
- Sentence case capitalises the first letter of each sentence and the word “I”: “THANK YOU. i will pay today” becomes “Thank you. I will pay today”.
Limitations
The converter cannot recognise names, places, brands or acronyms, so Title Case and Sentence case lowercase them. Check words such as “Dubai”, “VAT” or “iPhone” after converting. Title Case follows a simple, common style; publications that follow a specific style guide may treat some words differently.
Is my text stored or sent anywhere?
No. The conversion runs in your browser and the text is not uploaded to Taskmoro.
Why are some short words lowercase in Title Case?
Most title styles keep articles, short conjunctions and short prepositions such as a, an, the, and, or, of, in and to lowercase unless they are the first or last word, or follow a colon.
Why did my acronym or brand name change?
Title Case and Sentence case lowercase every letter before capitalising, so acronyms like UAE or VAT and brands like iPhone need a quick manual fix afterwards.
